The Potter’s House Child Development Center purposes to positively impact the community by providing an excellent academic and quality childcare program within a nurturing Christian environment. A motivating, developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily schedule is implemented to encourage maturity of the whole child, in the areas of physical, intellectual, spiritual and social/emotional growth. This pattern is modeled after the childhood experience of Jesus Christ, as illustrated scripturally in Luke 2:52, which reads, “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.”

Full Time Childcare and Preschool

*open 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

*breakfast, hot lunch, p.m. snack prepared daily

*regulation high school gym on premises, and several age appropriate outdoor playgrounds

*keyless entry, camera surveillance, and full intercom system to connect classrooms for security

*curriculum based on State of Ohio Early Learning Content Standards   

*full time program serving children from 6 weeks-4^th grade

*part time preschool offers 3, 4, and 5 year old classes from September-May

Full Day Kindergarten & Before/After School Care

*9:30-4:00 kindergarten program with certified, licensed teacher

*curriculum meets all common core standards

*class size limited to 18

*competitive weekly fee includes academic tuition plus latchkey

Latchkey Program

*school system provides transportation to and from Liberty and Cherokee schools

*competitive rates

*full day care available for snow days, winter/spring breaks, and some holidays
