WELCOME TO PIKE
Welcome
Princeton Pike Church of God is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory.
SMALL GROUPS have one, simple purpose: FAMILY
To create a culture in which people who are a part of our body feel they belong to a family more than a church. We are stronger together in community. Creating a culture of doing family well, both at home and in our church body.
FIND YOUR GROUP
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

A place to CONNECT | A place to PROTECT | A place to GROW
From sports groups to lunch groups, mom groups to student groups, Bible study groups to creative arts groups, our groups are as varied as we are. The things you are already doing in your life are the things that can make up Small Groups!
SMALL GROUP MODEL
Our church must grow LARGER and SMALLER at the same time.
We grow LARGER to reach as many people as possible with the life-giving message of Jesus. We gather in SMALLER Home Groups to build community and care for people.
We grow LARGER to reach as many people as possible with the life-giving message of Jesus. We gather in SMALLER Home Groups to build community and care for people.
We are seeking to become a church OF Small Groups, not a church WITH Small Groups.
We base our Small Groups model on the early Church as described in the Bible in the book of Acts.
Inward outreach.
Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.

SMALL GROUP LEADER TRAINING
If you’re exploring the idea of leading, or you know exactly what group you want to lead, we invite you to join us for Small Group Leader Training on Wednesday, February 7th at 6PM in Rooms 100-101 at Princeton Pike Church. Along with being a member, this training is a prerequisite for all those who plan to lead a small group at Princeton Pike Church.
In-Person Training
At training, we will give you the basic principles and tools you need to lead a group effectively, and help answer any questions you may have.
Install the Church Center App. Church Center is a mobile app and web experience where our congregation can explore, engage, and get involved throughout the week. It also helps leaders take signups, and track attendance.
Planning Center Groups will help you organize information, coordinate events, communicate with your team, and connect with your members. As a Group Leader, you can do most of your group management from Church Center.
Attendance: Keep track of member participation and follow up with people who haven’t attended in a while.
RSVP: Include RSVP requests in your event reminder emails so you know how many people to plan for.
Resources: Share materials, like study questions and curriculum, with members online or in the Church Center app.
Messaging: Give members a way to stay connected throughout the week with Group Messaging in the Church Center app.
Online Training
Small group leader training is available anytime for you to access. The Small Group Leader Playbook is also available for you.
SMALL GROUPS come together to socialize, and grow through conversation, discipleship, and common interests.
