“The Significance of the Tongue”

Proverbs 15:4


Proverbs 15:4, A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit.


INTRODUCTION


A study of the subject that we are considering would be lacking if we did not recognize the significance of God choosing to use the tongue for spiritual purposes. As we examine what the Bible says about the tongue, we discover that we have choices regarding our tongue.  Notice just a few powerful statements in Scripture concerning the tongue...

CONCLUSION


                  Isaiah 30:26...the LORD binds up the breach of his people, and heals the   stroke of their wound.
